  • Consultancy in terms of network architecture: analysis of requirement, definition of specifications and stages necessary for the installation of a network, choice of a telephone operator.
  • Recommendation of active hardware in the area of switching, security and routing solutions as well as for all the solutions attached to the IP world. ST&R is an independent company and directs its customers to products best adapted to their requirements,
  • Installation of network products:  ST&R engineers and technicians are certified for a whole range of brands Cisco (CCIE), ALCATEL (Expert), 3COM (Expert), which makes it possible to deal with the most up to date requirements in the areas concerned,
  • Maintenance for the park installed:  ST&R provide training for its customers by proposing flexible maintenance according to their requirements for the hardware installed.  This maintenance can take the form of a telephone line dedicated to deal with the problems encountered and/or contracts of intervention within a deadline fixed with the customer,
  • Assistance:  ST&R provides support for its customers by proposing to them to optimize the performance of the park installed and to train users in the latest technologies in progress.
